Health Sync exists so you can keep your health data in one calm place and share it only with the people you choose. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you keep over it.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, role), the conditions and measurement types you choose to track, the measurements and pill logs you record, and the links you create with your doctors. We do not buy data about you from third parties.
How we use it
To run the service: store your readings, show your history and trends, and make your data visible to the doctors you've explicitly linked. We never sell data that identifies you, and we don't use your data for advertising.
Who can see your data
Only you, and the doctors you actively link to — and they see only what you've shared, only while the link is active. Access is enforced per request, not just at sign-in. You can revoke a doctor's access at any time.
Research & anonymized data
We may share or sell anonymized, aggregated data — stripped of anything that identifies you — for medical research and commercial purposes. This data cannot be traced back to you, and we never sell or share data that identifies you personally.
Security
Passwords are hashed, data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and access is scoped by role and by your explicit consent. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat health data with the care it deserves.
Your rights
You can view, export, correct, or delete your data, and close your account at any time. To make a request or ask a question, email us at hello@health-sync.gr.
